Interview
Applied online August 6th, had group interview, followed by individual interview 2 weeks later. Was offered a position on September 3rd. Some sports questions (who is your fav team or player), mostly past retail experience and availability questions. Awesome managers, the best interviews I've ever experienced. Be on time! And also if you have a habit of gum chewing or twirling your hair while you talk don't even bother.
15 min behavioral interview where I was asked things like , “how do you work on a team”, “why adidas”. Afterwards was asked if I wanted to work part time or full time.
The entire process was very easy and stress-free, with everything running smoothly from start to finish. Each step was clear, straightforward, and required minimal effort, which allowed me to stay relaxed and focused without feeling overwhelmed. It felt seamless and well-organized, making the experience both convenient and worry-free.
The interview was in person and simple. The questions asked were straight forward and easy to understand. The interview lasted for about 15 minutes and I was offered the job right after the interview
