After our initial phone conversation, we scheduled an in-person interview. During this meeting, the daily responsibilities and expectations of the role were thoroughly explained, providing me with a clear understanding of what would be required. The interview process itself was smooth and efficient, progressing swiftly from one stage to the next. Two rounds . First one was a recorded interview and second one was live. Questions about the position, the role and the company. Also, they asked me questions about me, work experience and why did I choose the company.

8-9 questions asked in a pre-recorded video: about yourself, your motivation to apply to Adidas, your understanding of the position and how the team works.
The video interview process is explained in detail in advance using a guide (provided by Adidas). Once you have heard the questions, you have 1-2 minutes to answer them; it is not possible to pause after listening to the question.
