I was very interested in the training program even though I've had 10 years of sales experience. Every company's product and service is different and if you don't invest in your people that speaks volumes - they had a VERY detailed training program - that says a lot!

The questions are pretty straight forward. The interviewer asks the questions to determine whether or not the person being interviewed is a good fit for the position or not. The most difficult question is probably the one where they ask you to describe yourself and what leadership qualities you possess.
