They wanted to know the way I think/analyze issues/problem solve - it was REALLY ODD at first. I think they pulled this out of a Harvard Business School case study. I felt like I was in college and having an oral final exam.

The questions are pretty straight forward. The interviewer asks the questions to determine whether or not the person being interviewed is a good fit for the position or not. The most difficult question is probably the one where they ask you to describe yourself and what leadership qualities you possess.
