I was asked about my experience and understanding of certain pedagogical philosophies that they will be using for their newest Ed Pub program
There were about 8 questions and some were more complex than expected for a screening interview.
Go into detail on some of the projects you’ve worked on or some of your major responsibilities.
They gave me 10 minutes to prepare a brief lesson on how to answer one out of a list of math questions. I then had 10 minutes to explain it and answer the question.
Last question they provided several scenarios of students at various grades with hypothetical problems. Wanted you to pick one and provide an example of your method in tutoring. Easy....
