First, there was a short phone call. Then the recruiter send two emails: one with few simple questions, pretty antique, such as describe how you handled such and such situation. The other email contained a link to Bryk system which consisted of scripted Q/A, some badly put IQ test type question, and bunch of repeating behavior questions.
