ZoomInfo Sales Development Representative interview questions

I want everyone know that this is my first job without applying through application, just they reached out through LinkedIn and didn’t ask for my resume too. It was already red flagged to me. Now I am in and I know why, they are so disorganized and dishonest. People put to compete against each other and clients are already so tired of hearing from this company 50 times a day. Because of two weeks really pushy training no one is trained appropriately, making so many mistakes, call the same client 50 times to put their call rate score up and getting yelled. When I say 50 times 50 different call one client. I am already tired of working here during 2 months and can’t wait to get out as soon as possible.

I was interviewed by the director of sales development and was asked to complete a cognitive assessment. After my results came out, I was made an offer. The process was extremely transparent and next steps were always made very clear. Everyone involved was always available to answer questions (interview or offer related).
