I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ZoomInfo (Vancouver, WA)
Interview
I applied via craigslist mid January 2017, and got a call about two days later to schedule an interview. I arrived early and was greeted and brought back to begin. I waited a total of 8 minutes. They were polite, instructive and courteous. They answered most of my questions before I had the chance to ask them.
I felt little pressure, the ladies were very friendly and helpful.
The interview took about 20-30 minutes.
I interviewed on a Friday, and got a call from then the following Tuesday to offer me a position with the company, which I accepted and look forward to seeing how things go.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at ZoomInfo (Vancouver, WA) in Jun 2014
Interview
Very casual, all questions about my personality and work style. I was asked to give a couple of examples of times that I'd done research... very very basic.
It felt like more of a conversation. There were specific questions around my personal goals and career plan, but very little about the role itself. This may have changed as the company has grown I'm sure they've become more process driven.
There was only one round and I heard back within the week. I was working there the next week.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at ZoomInfo (Vancouver, WA) in Aug 2015
Interview
It seemed like the interviewer was confused on why I would want to work there. But it was an easy interview, I felt like I was listened to and was offered the job.
