ZoomInfo interview questions

It is my personal experience that ZoomInfo will go above and beyond for their employees. It is a company which truly cares about work culture, diversity and personal growth. The interview process reflected their core values right from the phone screen to the interviews and assignments. Considering the times we are in today Zoominfo is growing rapidly and they even went public, this can give you a hint of the potential this company has. Growth oriented, Stable company with a good work culture, this is how i would describe ZoomInfo.

Step 1: Initial conversation with recruiter, Tony. (he was awesome throughout the whole process) Step 2: Personality and Cognitive Test Step 3: Interview with the hiring director Step 4: Round-robin interviews with the branch sales managers, ending with the director again. Step 5: Interview with the VP of Sales.
