Interview
I had 2 technical interviews and a behavioral one. The first one was by myself online, solving a problem then recording an explanation for it. The second interview was more traditional with me working through code while a current engineer was watching and giving feedback. The last one was behavioral and looked to see where my strengths lied. They were really looking for people with good technical skills.

Pretty straight forward in what they're looking for in terms of daily metrics. Only 2 interviews and the second one seemed more of a chit chat and did not feel as much as an interview

Phone interview, the interviewer called late, was in the car, could not hear well. he asked a general question about how to send data when routing between pages, could not understand because he was choppy, didn't give a chance to understand the question. the interviewer just ended it after a suggested a general approche
