I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ZoomInfo (Conshohocken, PA) in Jan 2021
Interview
I have been in SaaS sales for 5+ years and ZoomInfo's interview process was literally the most disconnected and frustrating candidate experience that I have ever been through.
I was contacted by a recruiter through LinkedIn in January, 2021. On our first call, he set expectations for the interview process, gave me some fairly confusing details about the role, segment, etc. and highly stressed an urgent interview timeline to get me in the next onboarding class. From there, he goes dark for 10 days and then calls me out of the blue after a few follow up attempts on my end. Everyone is busy and I completely understand that, but by then he'd mixed up the role I was interviewing for, my location, previous work experience, and then set me up to speak with a hiring manager that appeared to be overseeing a completely different segment.
The hiring manager interview went fine although he seemed fairly distracted & disengaged. I closed him on next steps, he said that I would be continuing into the next round, and the recruiter stressed that he would reach out by the end of the day with feedback & next steps. Several days go by and I hadn't received any feedback or updates, so I follow up with the recruiter and a few days after that I receive an email from him with the entirety of "Hey - I am just working on availability".
16 business days later - I haven't heard a word back from anyone. Even tried reaching back out to the hiring manager since I was really interested in the role but was in the later interview stages with several other top SaaS companies. This entire process couldn't have been worse.

Question 1
Can you tell me about a deal that you lost and what lessons you learned from it?
Hi - My name is Tony Schaffer and I am the Manager of Sales Recruiting here at ZoomInfo. I sincerely apologize for this negative interview experience with ZoomInfo. This is not the candidate experience we want. If you would, please reach out to me at tony.schaffer@zoominfo.com. Your feedback is important to me, to my team, and to ZoomInfo - we'll be better for it. Apologies again. I hope to hear from you.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ZoomInfo (Vancouver, WA) in Jan 2021
Interview
Solid interview process. They have technical elements and cultural fit elements. Overall, it was a solid straightforward process. They had me meet with a few members of leadership and a couple of team members. You can tell they want to build a positive team environment.

Question 1
What is your general knowledge and working knowledge on specific accounting standards
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ZoomInfo (Denver, CO) in Dec 2021
Interview
I recently interviewed with Zoominfo and found the process very clear and straight-forward. The interview team is clearly focused on "screening- in," which is very current given the hot candidate market. This is a company that advances candidates through their system with very little if any delay.

Question 1
Interview questions were related to culture, job relativity, and experience. The questions were not difficult, however I'd encourage anyone to know their resume. Zoominfo has a strong culture and they want to ensure new hires bring the same vision, passion, and work ethic to their successful and growing company.
