ZoomInfo interview questions

The interview process was super positive, from my very first interaction with a recruiter. When I talked to my recruiter, Heather Campbell, the first time, she was so nice that I was tempted to keep her on the phone to chat just for fun. ha! She also sold me a little bit on the job, which felt good since interviewing is sometimes so one-sided. After my initial conversation with her, I had two more interviews with sales managers that were conversational. The whole process was pretty enjoyable and made me feel really good about joining the company.

Process wise seemed organized and pleasant at first. But then I got the impression the workplace culture was toxic. They expect SDR to be in the office while managers etc. can work from home. I was told that my need for work life balance "gave them pause" to which my reply is that the need for healthy work/life etc. giving anyone pause is like a major red flag.
