ZoomInfo BDR / SDR interview questions

Process wise seemed organized and pleasant at first. But then I got the impression the workplace culture was toxic. They expect SDR to be in the office while managers etc. can work from home. I was told that my need for work life balance "gave them pause" to which my reply is that the need for healthy work/life etc. giving anyone pause is like a major red flag.
