1. Interview with G&A Talent Acquisition Specialist Javen Holcombe to better understand general role requirements & expectations, salary & benefits, and company culture.
2. Interview with Onboarding Manager Team Lead Michele Peterson to gain a deeper understanding of role day-to-day, team structure, and role success and advancement.
3. Interview with Senior Manager of Customer Onboarding Maresha Gomez to further discuss team resourcing and utilization, specific process in the role's day-to-day, and team management and culture.
Overall the interview was quick and precise happening over a two-week period. At every step of the way, Javen was communicative and supportive in letting me know what to expect in my subsequent interviews.
It was a pleasure speaking with both Michele and Maresha as tenured staff of ZoomInfo. My conversations with them left me excited for the next step and eager to work in the role.
