ZoomInfo Customer Service Representative interview questions

The interview process was very fast. As a first round there was a phone screen with a recruiter followed by a Panel Interview for the second round and a Final Presentation case as the final step.

Interview process was very transparent and straight forward. Each interviewer gave me my strengths and areas I should look to improve before my next interview. My recruiter, Heather Campbell, did and amazing job. She prepped me before each interview and gave me tips for speaking with each Interviewer.
