Zara Sales Asssociate interview questions

Filled out an application in the store and received a phone call the very next day. The interviewer asked me about previous retail experiences or other experiences that I think would prove to be useful at ZARA. She asked me what I knew about the company and what I have to offer, etc. She told me about the fast paced environment and sometimes hectic hours and asked if I would be able to handle everything. The interviewer isn't trying to scare you, she is simply stating the facts. You are on your feet all day and this job will literally "keep you on your toes." You have to be good at multitasking and handling stressful situations because there is a LOT to do.
