Interview
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Zara (Toronto, ON) in April-2016.
It was a one on one interview, the manager was pretty nice. I realized that they were keen on hiring me from the lighthearted conversation we would have during the interview, it took place just outside of the store infront of starbucks. It went well.

Interview
It was a group interview with about 15 people, the HR manager asked three questions explained the company, and had us get into pairs to introduce them to the group. I'd suggest putting more effort to answer the questions first when they come up, as the HR only asked 3 questions to the entire group.
