Zara Sales Associate interview questions

I interviewed for a Sales Assistant role at ZARA White City. The process was professional and fast-paced, reflecting the brand’s dynamic retail environment. The interview was held in-store and began with a group activity where we were asked to style outfits based on customer profiles.

Group interview: introducing your colleague at the interview, roleplaying 3 scenarios within your individual groups. Showing mainly communication, teamwork, critical thinking, collaboration, creativity skills. Overall easy and relaxed procedures as long as you work well in a team.
