I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Zara (Vancouver, BC) in Sep 2016
Interview
Summary:
I applied in person with confidence. Was asked to come back in for an interview the next day. The interview was very casual. The questions were still pretty serious, but it didn't feel like an interrogation at all.
Details:
The female manager took me outside the store and had me sit down with her on a bench side by side. She went through my cover letter/resume and the application I wrote out.
We talked for a bit and I was asked fairly basic interview questions. Got a call 15 minutes later on my way home and she told me I got the job.
Great interview process, but it all varies on who the manager is/which store you're applying to.

Interview
Went in on an open house day and was asked to come in for an interview. Had a group interview with three other people by two managers. I was called a week later with an offer.

Question 1
What are three trends you like and one you don't like.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zara (Southampton, Inglaterra) in Jul 2015
Interview
The hiring process was brief. Hand in your CV and application form to the store and wait at least a week to hear back about an interview. The interview had no real structure. Especially, seeing as the manager spoke for the majority of the time about what the job would be like.
