Zara Sales Associate interview questions

They started with a presentation of their company. Afterwards, you were put into pairs to get to know with each other and then you needed to introduce your partner in front of everyone (Make sure you are presentable and proper because they are already assessing you on paper). Then you are put into groups to a role-play. After that, you sit in a circle with everyone and each person is given a card with a question on it. You can't look at the question until it's your turn -- Once it's your turn, you answer the question on the card.

They called me like a month after I applied, told me to come in the store 2 days later, when I showed up I asked for the manager waited like 5 minutes for her, I thought she would take me to the back for the interview but nope she started asking me questions right there in front of the customers (very unprofessional) plus she couldn’t find my application so she didn’t take notes or anything but she said that it didn’t matter that probably the other manager had it again (very unprofessional) she was nice though just not organized. When the interview was over she wrote down my name and phone number in the back of another person application (very unprofessional) and told me she would call me back for the second interview.
