Zara Sales Associate interview questions

Group interview. Very positive. First we had to present our partner to the group ( you have 5 minutes to talk with your partner). Then we had to speak about some reasons why we want to join Zara team and say some facts we know about the company. Then comes the team exercise. We were divided into small groups ( like 5 persons, 3 groups) and each group had its task, we had to talk and present it. After few hours i got the phone call and they invited me the same day to sign the contract.

The interview process was chill. I came to the store and the sales associate told me to wait for the hiring manager. When the hiring manager came, we went to the backroom and she went over some questions and some logistic questions.
