Zara Sales Associate interview questions

Calm and relaxed experience, I did not feel overwhelmed by the questions at all. It was more like a casual conversation than an official job interview. The person interviewing me was very patient and understanding with my answers and questions.

My interviewer was an hour late!!!! I arrived 15 mins early and she strolled into the store and apologized. The questions were mostly behavioral, super easy. The one question that stuck out was “how do you handle stress” because the store was so chaotic and disorganized.
