Review of the CV with the store manager and discussion about availabilities and benefits. No sales experience required. There was no possibility of getting a bonus. Men’s department is less busy and requires less overtime than women’s department.

Great interview, lovely staff members, very welcoming team. Kind and friendly and helpful when asking questions. The interviewing process was not long at all, they were very straight forward which I appreciated.
