Zara Sales Associate interview questions

It was a group interview, luckily mine had less people so it wasn't too stressful. We had to get to know the people around us and introduce them to the rest of the group, then we had to pick an outfit for our partner, describe why we chose the outfit for them. Interviewer then went over Zara's company values, and then asked as a group for us to rank the top 5 important ones and explain why. Afterwards, we had extremely short one on one interviews.

They would call you to confirm the arrangement of an online interview after shortlisting you from the application. The online interview was about half an hour to an hour long.
