I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Zara (Cerritos, CA) in Aug 2015
Interview
The interview was very biref, about 2-3 minutes. Also, give them your availability. They like open availability since it's easier to schedule people that way. =) GOODLUCK EVERYONE! Be patient! Call and follow up on your application, thank them for having been able to interview you, and don't annoy/look desperate. Try calling them once or twice every two weeks.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Zara (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2011
Interview
Met in person for an interview, the sales manager seemed nice and really chill. She had a good vibe to her from what I remember. But I don't think she ended up being my manager in the end. It was also outside of the store, which was kind of weird, not too formal at all.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zara (Costa Mesa, CA)
Interview
went to the store and submitted my resume. Got a call the next day, interviewed with the store manager assistant. It was a really relaxed one and she told me right away lets schedule one with the GM. So i went back a week later, met with the GM and had a good interview where she offered me another position and i accepted.
