I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Zara (New York, NY) in Dec 2015
Interview
Applied online, got an email with an invitation for a group interview a week later. The interview invitation was for the next day, only had a 24 hour notice and I had to reply right away if I would be attending for not. I arrived to the corporate office and was asked to fill out a quick application. I was later called to a 1:1 short interview, she asked about my previous experience and availability. She asked me if I could wait for part 2. We proceeded to a room where a couple of the other applicants were, we saw a quick intro film about Inditex and then we were told we got the job. We filled out all the paperwork that same day.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Zara (Los Angeles, CA) in Sep 2015
Interview
All the job interviews that I have ever went on for Zara were all open group interviews. Usually would take place outside with a group of 4-20 people. The managers are always very sweet. The ask open ended questions to get to you and how you work .
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell us about a situation were you were juggling two tasks at once. How did you make the situation work ?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zara (Londres, Inglaterra) in Nov 2015
Interview
Applied on the inditex website. Heard back the next day inviting me for a group interview. I had practiced some common interview questions should I be asked for a 1-1 but it was just the group. They played two videos about inditex and asked us about it. I think talking and showing confidence is what they want (obv know what you're saying). Heard back about 2 weeks later saying I was successful and they'd get back to me if they had an open role for sales assistant.
