I applied in-person. I interviewed at Zara (New York, NY) in Jun 2016
Interview
I went to an open house, and throughout the process, I felt that Zara was mainly looking for mature workers (I am an underclassman in college). At least in my location, they were looking for full-time workers, while I was looking for a part-time.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Zara (Vancouver, BC) in Jan 2016
Interview
Brief; just personal questions about how your previous experience can help you in your new position; give you scenarios you have to think about to solve them; they ask you calmly but have no intention on letting you off the hook easily; very intense glares; they'll ask you if you have a love for retail/customer service and questions similar to it to get to know you better; overall pretty easy interview

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Zara (Houston, TX) in May 2014
Interview
Applied online and was called in for an interview the next day. Very easy interview. Met with 2 managers who just went over my resume and asked me questions about my previous jobs. It ended with them telling me they were going to wait on my background check. 2 days later they called me back in to make me an offer and fill out my paperwork.
