One on one interview with the store manager. Pretty positive, they're interested in your previous experience and how good your customer service is. Not a long interview. Had a second interview right after the first with another manager and was offered the job same day

Group interview was easy with 6 other people , quetions were standard. Make sure to prepare how to answer the following questions: "what do you know about zara?" " why do you wanna work for zara?" "Whats your weakness?" Interviewer are super friendly and staright foward. Got a call after 30minites after the interview but it took them a week to process everything and get me to start working
