I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Zara (Sídney) in Jun 2015
Interview
Firstly a group interview, but as I applied during a time when they needed a lot of staff, so after a quick phone call the next day I had been accepted. The screening process was not that thorough.
I applied online. I interviewed at Zara (Londres, Inglaterra) in Aug 2017

*--They will give you a form to fill with personal details and availability. Make sure you have your national insurance with you and two referees details. Then when they are ready to take everyone in you will go inside a room (class room/ meeting room based).
*--Remember: they will test you with everything make sure you stand out and you are confident. Even when they put the video up make sure you are watching they will stand at the back of the room dropping notes.
*--With inditex group interview there wasn't any personal interview question. They will ask what do you know about the company's history, technology, distribution, new collection arrivals. the questions are more surrounded the retail job roles.
*--Make sure you have a clear understanding of the company's job roles. Although it might seem obvious but there will be another person that might have said the information you know and obviously, you can’t repeat the same information.
Tips: Everything will be super quick and relaxing so make sure you stand out each time you speak. When mentioning information about the company mention interesting facts, they will often say why are we the No.1 retailer. why do we stand out? what makes us different than our competitors?
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Zara (Toronto, ON) in Jul 2017
Interview
I applied in April, and almost forgot about it until they called me for an interview in July. It was a group interview with nine other people. Two store managers interviewed us right outside the store in the mall, and it was pretty relaxed and easy. One hour after the interview one manager called me and gave me the offer.
