Interview
Applied in store as there we no job postings online for sales associates or management positions, heard back from store manager about two weeks later. Met with manager in store, one on one conversation. Interview was straightforward, asked me about my experience in retail, and previous jobs I had. Asked what I knew about Zara, the parent company, different divisions, etc. Asked about my strengths and weaknesses, and explained the "fast fashion" pace at Zara.

Interview
After sending an online application, I've got a interview invitation next day. The interview was a group interview (8 candidates) at ZARA, held by Scandinavian Area Manager, Store manager and Department manager. We watched a video about Inditex and give the knowledge about Inditex. After the video, we had some small tasks with other candidates and introduced our selvs. It was a fun and good job interview.
