Zara Sale Associate interview questions

This was a walk-in group interview where we were all given a form to write our experience, availability, and references. The interview was casual and laid back with the HR manager asking generic questions. This was really a way for the interviewer to see how well you connect with the other candidates. The dress code was semi-casual and I noticed a lot of people dressing the way Zara styles their clothes.

Went smooth. Asked a lot of questions about previous work experience, expectations, goals. Interview was in 2 steps, first met up with a main sales associate, and after successful interview, was invited to speak with a main manager.
