Zara Sale Associate interview questions

Very casual, more of a conversation than an interview. Lasted on about 5 minutes. Asked why I wanted to work at the store and about my available hours. Offered the job right on the spot. Not much to be worried about especially if they are in need of employees

Application online was the first step. Group and dynamic interview. We were around 10 people in the interview. Group questions , games , the perfect chance to open and get to know each other.
