I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zara in Jun 2014
Interview
I sent in my resume via email (the store had yet to be built) and I was contacted roughly a week later by phone. We then scheduled a interview in-person.
I only had to do one 1:1 interview. There is a possibility for a group interview though other employees I worked with told me they had to do one. After my first interview I was hired on the spot.
A few days later I met with my interviewer again to give her banking info and other documents and we finalized the date and location of my first training shift.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Zara in Sep 2014
Interview
Went to a recruitment event at a hotel, applied, and had a one-on-one interview on the spot. The lady interviewing me asked general questions like why I wanted to work there and how well I'm able to work in teams. They had already been recruiting for two weeks and had hired most of the workers they needed for the opening of the new store so I did not receive an offer.
