Zara Sale Assistant interview questions

I was interviewed by two people but only one asked questions. I told them that I was in fact more interested in the visual merchandising position for Zara Home. I was asked if I would prefer to be interviewed in English. The interview was relaxed and friendly. I was asked to attend a second interview on a weeks time. I received an email saying that the position was already filled which I had understood to be the case as it was no Ionger officially advertised. They were pleased they I had brought copies of my portfolio along with my CV for them.

Initial group interview at head office. Videos were played to a group followed by questions. Individuals were called up to discuss skills and experience which would make them an asset to the initex group. Once successful an interview with the manager of chosen store was arranged where more in depth questions were asked specific to the role applied for.
