Anyone could pass this interview. From the most enthusiastic and diligent, to that person who has no idea what job they are even applying for. The interview was made to feel professional and for the most part it seemed that way. However, after being hired you realised any clown could have passed the interview. I went to the store with my CV and I asked for the manager. She came to me and I handed in my CV personally. She told me to come back the following tuesday for an interview. I arrived and there was another guy also waiting to be interviewed. We were interviewed together by the Head Manager and the women's department manager. It was quite relaxed with basic interview questions. They asked us to wait outside while they took their decisions. They called us one after the other to give the verdict. We both got the jobs.
