Interview
The group interview started off with a powerpoint presentation of the company and it's origins. There was an open interview where general knowledge about the company were asked. We were then split into smaller groups to act out a workplace scenario and we're interviewed within our smaller groups. The overall interview experience was laid-back and not too formal
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Zara (Sídney) in Mar 2015
Interview
Anyone could pass this interview. From the most enthusiastic and diligent, to that person who has no idea what job they are even applying for.
The interview was made to feel professional and for the most part it seemed that way. However, after being hired you realised any clown could have passed the interview. If you have experience in retail. You most likely will get the job. If not, just have common sense.

Question 1
Talk about your past job experience and how you could apply them to this position
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Zara (Copenhague, Hovedstaden) in May 2016
Interview
I went to the store with my CV and I asked for the manager. She came to me and I handed in my CV personally. She told me to come back the following tuesday for an interview. I arrived and there was another guy also waiting to be interviewed. We were interviewed together by the Head Manager and the women's department manager. It was quite relaxed with basic interview questions. They asked us to wait outside while they took their decisions. They called us one after the other to give the verdict. We both got the jobs.
