Zara Sale Assistant interview questions

Interview was a half hour chat with the shop manager. He was asking in details about my previous experience, what were my chores and what did I learn from the job. He asked about my flexibility, commute time. He explained how shop works on a daily basis and what could be demanded from me.

I was invited to the group interview, which was very stressful for me. They asked what everybody knows about the company, Inditex group. What is pull&bear, Stradivarius and other Inditex group brands concept is. Then they gave a game in which you should show your ability to work with people. We had to come up with the new Inditex group brand concept for 10-15 minutes and then pitch the outcome. Then within 14 days they sent me e-mail they rejected my offer.
