Zara Full-time Sales Assistant interview questions

I applied online through seek.com.au and was contacted by Zara's HR a week later. She called me and asked a few questions. This included "Why were you motivated to work for Zara?", "What are your salary expectations?" and "When is your availability?". She then set me up for an interview the next day. It was held in Zara's headquarters in Sydney. The interview was based on your experience with customer service. I had studied a lot about Zara thinking that I would be asked about the company but I didn't. They want to know a lot about you to gather your characteristics and figure out which department you would best suit.
