Zara Sales Associate/Cashier interview questions

Day 1: Applied in person at Inditex Talent Centre. Bring CV and fill in form. Day 2: Got a call to come in for group interview. Day 3: Group interview with around 20 people. Day 8: Received email saying if successful will be contacted. Day 10: Received email saying successful application. Day 11: Received call and email on which position and which store. Day 14: Contract signing + induction.

I went in for open interviews and the process was simple and fast. They ask very basic questions about expeirence and why you want to work for Zara. I didn't hear back for a few months since this was for a new store that would be opening. I recieved an email saying I could come for a follow up interview a few months later and was asked the same questions, they also asked about pay and what department I would like to work in. A few days later I recieved an email saying I had been selected for a cashier position and would need to start a month long training process. Keep in mind this was for a store opening the process isn't as long if the store is open.
