They will ask you to do a trial for a half an hour in store. They will ask you to wear all black and show up for your trial and be supervised by a store employee. You will get instant feedback.

Was asked to come work at the store as a trial. Important to show great customer service skills, efficiency and knowledge of POS systems.
Online group interview with the HR director. The questions were quite casual. Asked about how’s my life going in Sydney, self-introduction, nothing related to jobs in fact. After the interview I was invited to the store, as a training day.

Very easy and approachable. The manager was nice and asked a few questions about the former experience in retail environment, when I said I had none she accepted with grace and tried to figure out my strengths/weaknesses
