I applied in-person. I interviewed at Zara (Kingston, East of England, England) in Jun 2011
Interview
An in-store interview with the Manager, talking about my experience following on from a CV drop-in in stores in the area. The interview lasted about 15-20mins, and wasn't too difficult. There were no obscure questions - just based on teamwork, communication etc.

Question 1
Can't remember exactly, I think it was based on my CV and experience to-date. I had no retail experience so I wasn't sure what to expect but it wasn't too difficult and the Manager was friendly.
Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.

It was a group interview and I started off introducing the person next to me then I had to do a few multiple choice questions then it was team work activities.
Easy and casual interviews. I had an interview and it was super easy and I was asked simple questions like tell me about yourself or tell me about your past experience
