Primo colloquio telefonico, poi colloquio online di gruppo domande semplici, parlare di sè, background professionale e formativo, ambizioni, domande sul mondo Zara, attitudini personali. Il colloquio è stato molto informale e l’interlocutore era lo store manager del reparto bambino. Mi hanno contattata dopo 1h proponendomi contratto assunzione

Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.

It was a group interview and I started off introducing the person next to me then I had to do a few multiple choice questions then it was team work activities.
