I applied online. I interviewed at Zara in Jul 2019
Interview
Many people in the room, questions more so about my availability rather than why I've chosen to work for them. Already deciding who could go work at which branch, generally very impersonal and unpleasant - got told my 50 min commute isn't their business and that doesn't warrant being put in a branch closer to my house.

Question 1
Where I live and how long it'd take me to get to their shop
Just a few simple questions, relax, but don't forget dress well. After all, it's a service job, your appearance is the first impression the company shows to customers. Personal basic skills are also important. You better good at communicating and be able to showcase the highlights of the clothing to customers.

At a shop working as a seller for the company in Athens. The interview went fine and it felt easy. Overall there were no hard questions, so I expected to get an offer but I did not.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zara (Estocolmo, )
Interview
It was very intense and they make you believe they are going to offer you such and such position, but in the end they are just bluffing. They just tell you that if you get the job you work in a team and it´s all nice and peaceful. In reality the competition in store is insane adn I have heard that a alot of people quit after a short period of time
