Interview
it was held on the university as a graduate designer internship so almost of the student get the opportunities. at the interview, they asked several questions like customer profile and what is the favorite fashion brand and so on
Lots of stages but general positive. First interview was with two HR people and they seemed nice. Very focused on younger customer and recent trends. It was difficult to tell how well interview went as there wasn't much feedback later on.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Zara (A Coruña) in Dec 2020
Interview
The overall process was a 3x step process. First with HR, then with the team and lastly to handover a project and later explain the project. The process was quite easy as I mainly spoke about my knowledge and history, and they mainly wanted to know about my design process.
