Interview
I apply on the web site, after 2 or 3 weeks they call me from the recruitment center for a group interview. Once there, we were about 15people, we filled an apply form and then we went all together in a room; they showed us 2 videos about the company and after fiew questions about these two videos, we had a 1-0-1 interview with few question about our work preferences and experience. they called me back after 2 hours for another interview with the manager of Zara, Withe City.
Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.

They asked about past experience and interest in fashion.
It was a group interview and I started off introducing the person next to me then I had to do a few multiple choice questions then it was team work activities.
Easy and casual interviews. I had an interview and it was super easy and I was asked simple questions like tell me about yourself or tell me about your past experience
