I applied online. About one to two weeks after I sent my application, I got a 5-10 minute phone interview. I was then invited to do a Zoom group interview . A few days after the group interview, I was invited to do another interview in store.
Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.

It was a group interview and I started off introducing the person next to me then I had to do a few multiple choice questions then it was team work activities.
