Interview
There was a group interview where the recruiters made us introduce ourselves to each other. Then, they briefly talked about Zara and how it's an internationally renowned brand, blah blah blah. They then made us act out roleplays and asked each of us questions regarding our previous experience in retail and what struggles we dealt with.

What was one valuable thing that you learned in your previous job?
Had a phone interview with one of the managers briefly asking questions like 'tell me about yourself and then invited for a f2f interview with a store manager for a pretty chill casual interview
Easy, really simple questions about yourself, more like a chat with a colleague than an interview. Might ask questions about yourself CV or previous retail shop floor experience. That’s all really.

Interview
