It’s a group interview, no questions were directly asked to me. I applied online and after two weeks they called me to go to the interview. There were probably 10 people being interviewd at the same time.

They mainly ask about the company and costumer service skills. What is inditex and which stores are a part of it. Also they make some costumer service scenario questions.
Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.

It was a group interview and I started off introducing the person next to me then I had to do a few multiple choice questions then it was team work activities.
