I applied online. I interviewed at Zara (San Jose, CA) in Jan 2015
Interview
Initial one on one interview at first to gauge what your interests, what your doing in life and such.
After that theres a group training process where you all meet at a hotel and learn the basics, could be different since this was the training process for a new store.

What do you know about Zara?
The group interview was relatively straightforward and stress-free. The questions asked were quite basic and designed to get to know us better. For example, they asked us to introduce ourselves and share a bit about our background and experiences.

Tell me about yourself.
Why do you want to work at Zara?
It was an individual interview, the questions were fairly straightforward. I didn't have direct experience but was able to leverage learnings from other jobs. Overall, a fairly straightforward process, heard back with a response within 2 weeks.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Zara (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2023
Interview
I was very nervous and the manager was never rude, she asked me the typical questions, tell me about yourself, what are your strengths and weaknesses, and the one I remember that I kept thinking about was that she asked me to recreate a situation with a customer that could happen to me in zara and how I could solve it.
