Typical Open House jargon. Fill out paper work. Talk the manager. Then once you get the job offer and fill out the paperwork it takes a full week for corporate to send that particular store your employee number. Once you have your number, then you are able to start actual work there

Interview
The interview process was really easy. The interviewer asked basic questions about my experience, customer service skills, and availability. They also wanted to know if I was familiar with the brand and its products. The atmosphere was friendly, and the conversation felt natural. Overall, it was a smooth and simple experience
It was a new store opening and I had an interview over the phone. Simple and to the point. Human resources was very understanding and nice. I never met them, but grateful for giving me the opportunity for this interview.
