Interview
I picked up an application and dropped it off with a resume. The manager scheduled an interview for the next day. I had a 1 on 1 interview, it was about 5 minutes. Questions about what you expect from Zara and why you want to work at Zara. They said they had other interviews and would let me know by Monday! Got the call today (Sunday)!
It was very casual, they took me into the back and asked me questions. I felt very comfortable and it was a smooth process. I would totally recommend interviewing with them

Interview process is fair and smooth. Applied online, resume shortlist and then group video interview. 8-9 candidates in group and HR from Australia will take interview rounds . Interview questions were about basic real life incidents
