Group interview and we were grouped into three and given a scenario about a situation in the store and act how we would solve the problem. Good to come with some facts about ZARA

How would you deal with a customer who wants to return an item and it’s past the 30 days?
Online group interview with the HR director. The questions were quite casual. Asked about how’s my life going in Sydney, self-introduction, nothing related to jobs in fact. After the interview I was invited to the store, as a training day.

Very easy and approachable. The manager was nice and asked a few questions about the former experience in retail environment, when I said I had none she accepted with grace and tried to figure out my strengths/weaknesses
